Troubleshooting and Tips for Your External Hard Drives - WD

spin wdI am using 2 REDs 8TB of size in my desktop computer which runs 247. Windows 10 does not spin down the drives when set it to so in the energy plan. Basically i want to saveDescription. The WD External Drive does not spin up. Tries to spin but clicks. Is not seen when connected to a USB port of a computer.
